Step 1: Launch the Wirex app and log in.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Cards" section.
Step 3: Select "Physical" card from the carousel and Tap "Get Physical Card."
Step 4: Review and accept the Card Terms.
Step 5: Ensure sufficient funds.
If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, you may be prompted to top up before ordering your card. The exact amount required varies by region but will be clearly displayed in the app. Please note that we do not charge any additional fees, but we require an initial balance on your card to cover the cost of trackable Express delivery if you opt for it.
Step 6: Enter your correct delivery address.
Step 7: Choose the delivery option (Standard or Express).
If there are multiple delivery options available, you will be prompted to choose your preferred option. The Standard option is a non-trackable local post service, while the Express option is a trackable DHL Express service.
Step 8: Select an account to pay the delivery fee.
Step 9: Confirm the card order.
Physical card delivery may take up to two weeks.

Negative balance: If one of your cards has a negative balance, you will need to top it up before ordering a new one.
